Hekim Yapı Starts Production of Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panel
Hekim Yapı AS, has the most advanced Sandwich Panel line in Europe and in our country with its Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panel facility.
Hekim Yapı A.Ş., which carries out the first autoclaved fibercement production in Turkey as from 2004, added two different product groups to its product range.One of these investments is the EPS insulation and packaging products production line, the other one is the EPS and rockwool sandwich panel production line. Hekim Yapı A.Ş., which has been in the sandwich panel market with the brand HekimPanel for nearly five years, has achieved success in a short time through its products featuring the world norm and quality standard.
Hekim Yapı A.Ş., has provided a production capacity of 4,000,000 m2 per year with the addition of new line in 2015to its facility that annually produces 2,000,000 m2 sandwich panel.Doubling the production capacity, will increase its effictiveness in the market significantly.Along with the commissioning on January 2016, of the Polyurethane foam sandwich panel facility founded in the Hekim Yapı A.Ş.’s Hendek Facilities, it possessed one of the most advanced sandwich panel production lines of Europe and our country.

Hekim Yapı A.Ş., which has a 2 million square meters production capacity in the newly founded polyurethane foam sandwich panel line, has made a great impression with product varieties and flexibility. In the facility where 600-1250 mm wide products will be fabricated, it has appended its signatures to the firsts ever in the prefabricated building sector by producing sufficiently wide polyurethane foam sandwich panels required by the building industry.
The new product of HekimPanel, the one face of which is fibercement, has proven our innovative point of view, our ability to add value, the importance that we attached to the innovation in the sector.
It has become the only manufacturer with the widest product range in the sector, together with polyurethane foam sandwich panels, which will be added to rock wool and EPS insulation products fabricated in our facility.
